Uniseed Management Pty Ltd (Uniseed) is an Authorised Representative of UIIT Pty Ltd, a holder of Australian Financial Services Licence No. 299900.

We manage venture capital funds investing in research commercialised out of our university and research partners. We provide financial services to wholesale clients only, as that term is used in sections 761G and 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). We do not provide financial services to retail clients.
